Personal:
I was raised in Orem, Utah, at the base of picturesque Mount Timpanogos. I am part of a large Italian family, with a deep-rooted love of family-time and food. After graduating from high school and spending a decade living in California, I moved back to Utah to be closer to my parents and raise my children in beautiful Southern Utah. I am an entrepreneur with fifteen years of experience managing a small business. I am also a proud first-generation college student with an anticipated bachelor's degree in Applied Sociology. I love working in prevention! I have always been passionate about helping those who are vulnerable, and it's incredibly fulfilling to see our prevention efforts impact our community in positive ways.

Why I chose prevention:
I have always had a passion for helping people, but that passion grew as my family was deeply affected by mental health and substance abuse. Prevention seemed like a perfect fit – it's a career in which I can help others avoid some of the painful experiences my own family has experienced. I feel incredibly fortunate to work with an amazing Prevention team at Southwest Behavioral Health. We do this work because we want to improve the lives of people in our community. I am inspired and motivated by the people I work with and the work we do every day.
